How do you ship?
All works are shipped via FedEx or UPS and generally arrive after seven to twelve days.
Once the printer ships the works, you will receive per e-mail the tracking #.

If my order arrives damaged, what should I do?
We understand that despite our efforts to securely package your order, shipping damage may occur. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging during delivery, we kindly ask that you inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of damage, please take a photograph with your cell phone and refuse the acceptance of the package. However, there may be instances where damage is not immediately visible and can only be detected upon unpacking the shipment. In such cases, please take two meaningful photos of the damage and contact us immediately with the damage pictures. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction with our products.

Can I return a work?
Face-mounted works on acrylic glass are Final Sale.
Fine Art Paper prints can be returned in perfect condition within 72 hours of receipt.
